Welcoming Liam Simcox to Genesis Process Solutions

Genesis Process Solutions is pleased to welcome Liam Simcox to the team as our new Aftersales Coordinator.

Liam brings a strong background in engineering, having started his career in the water industry before moving into project and operations management. With experience coordinating projects and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, he joins Genesis with a practical, organised approach and a commitment to delivering excellent customer support.

In his new role, Liam will be responsible for coordinating aftersales activities, supporting customers, and helping to ensure the high standards of service Genesis Process Solutions is known for.

Outside of work, Liam has been a local radio presenter since 2019 and also enjoys podcasting. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, he’s a loyal Sheffield United supporter and spends much of his free time raising his twin children, who certainly keep life interesting.

We’re delighted to welcome Liam to the team and look forward to the experience and enthusiasm he’ll bring to Genesis Process Solutions.
