The Sievmaster Easilift Ultra from Farleygreene is an ultra hygienic sack tipping screener ideally suited for the food, pharma and nutraceutical industries. In fact any application where hygiene is of prime importance, can benefit from the Easilift Ultra. When used together with the Slimline SM550 check screener, the unit can sieve bulk powders up to 25kg at once, dispensing into containers, static weigh bins or incorporated into conveying systems.

Main Benefits

A pneumatically-assisted dust hood means no heavy lifting or awkward sleeve connections are required. In addition, with the Easilift Ultra range, the hood is entirely crevice-free, minimising the possibility of foreign contamination as far as possible.

For operator safety and dust control, it comes fitted with a dust suppression cover and ready for an integrated dust extraction mechanism if required.

The Sievmaster Easilift Ultra range features a fold-out sack table that creates a hygiene barrier between sanitary and unsanitary environments, a side mount motor to improve user access and a reduced frame area for greater outlet access.
It has a wide range of sieving applications for the food industry and is suitable for processing many bulk powders including spices, cosmetics, seeds, flour and starch. Constructed from FDA-compliant materials the Ultra range is easy to strip down for cleaning and maintenance purposes.

As with the standard Easilift range, Farleygreene’s Sievmaster SM550 check screener is integrated within the system, so many of the parts are cross-compatible with the standalone version of the sieve, including mesh rings and mesh gaskets.
