Meet Our New Operations Manager
Genesis Process Solutions is delighted to welcome Tom Jones as our new Operations Manager. You may have already spoken to Tom, as he joined us back in February as a Project Manager so he’s been involved with several successful projects already.
Tom started his career working as an apprentice on the shop floor assembling new machinery and refurbishing old units. during which time he studied at Staffordshire University part time to obtain a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He then moved into the design office where his role included the design of a range of new machinery and spare parts. Rapid promotion saw him become the Engineering Manager with responsibility for the management of the Design and Control Department.
He received further qualifications during this time including a CMI level 7 certificate in strategic management and leadership as well as a certificate in Project Management from APM. He has now been promoted to our Operations Manager.
In this role he will be responsible for the daily operations of our business in order to ensure its smooth running.
