Genesis has the in-house capability to offer manufacturers full turnkey systems if they do not have their own in-house project engineering capability or they prefer to have one supplier responsible for the whole materials handling package.
As industry experts, we are able to design, build and install full systems. Examples include bakery ingredients systems, feeding systems for extrusion plants and vacuum conveying packages and other materials handling systems.
By combining the advanced products of our our principal manufacturers together with our systems engineering knowledge, we can ensure you receive a cost effective, well engineered system where the components have been carefully selected to work correctly together as a system.
If required, we bring in additional project team members to assist us and to ensure that you have a dedicated team looking after and taking responsibility your project. Ensuring on-time delivery, installation and commissioning of your new equipment.
Some examples of recent projects we have successfully completed include a flour handling system for a major bakery in North Wales where we supplied a 50te external silo, vacuum conveying system and batch weighing system, all ATEX approved. The system was delivered and installed within 14 weeks and has been running successfully for over three years.
